Since she started dating Ronaldo more than a year ago, curvy Irina has become one of the most talked-about models of her generation.
She has landed a string of lucrative advertising deals and even posed for the prestigious cover of Sports Illustrated magazine.
Cristiano has already scored 13 league goals for Madrid this season.
His team is in pole position in the Spanish top flight with 28 points from 11 matches, three more than defending champions and bitter rivals Barcelona.
