Cowdenbeath player/assistant manager Lee Makel looks set to return to the squad at Stenhousemuir after proving his fitness in a reserve-team game in midweek.

Blue Brazil boss Colin Cameron has a full squad to pick from, with the exception of long-term absentee Danny Mackay.

Former Scotland international Cameron said: "With having so many players available and on the back of a good result at East Fife I've some big decisions to make about who starts this one.

"Whoever plays will have to be up for this game as Stenhousemuir beat us earlier in the season.

"They're a good side, but if we play to our potential we can win and stay top of the table."

Stenhousemuir will include fit-again striker Andy Rodgers in their squad as they look to secure their third win of the season.

Midfielder Paul McHale remains sidelined with a foot injury for a game Ochilview assistant manager Kevin McGoldrick views as a crucial one in his club's season.

McGoldrick said: "Win it and we pull to within two points of Cowdenbeath and if we lose it we fall eight points behind.

"That shows everyone how important doing well in this game is to our club.

"While it's nice to be challenging at the top end of the table as opposed to the bottom, we want to be as close as we can to the top as opposed to simply just challenging."
