Zlatan Ibrahimovic has refuted reports that he intends to leave AC Milan, and said his previous comments were "misunderstood".
The Swede has recently said that he was growing old and losing his passion for the game, but speaking to Aftonbladet, retracted his previous statements, saying he was "fine at Milan".
Ibrahimovic said: "It's not true that I no longer have the desire to play. I was misunderstood".
"I meant that after 10 years [of football] you live differently compared to the past.
"I am fine at Milan and I have always felt good there."
The star striker was pleased with how AC Milan have revived their Serie A title bid this year, and believes hisside "can go far".
"We are always improving game after game and if we believe in ourselves then we can go far," he added.
"We are not favourites to win any competition, but we cannot be excluded from winning anything."
AC Milan are currently third on the Serie A table and will next face Fiorentina after the international break.
