Inter's Julio Cesar set to miss Derby d'Italia with Juventus

Inter has confirmed they will have to do without the services of goalkeeper Julio Cesar for the visit of Juventus on Saturday.
The 32-year-old was replaced by Luca Castellazzi at halftime in Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Atalanta after he appeared to suffer from a recurrence of the thigh injury which he picked up on international duty with Brazil.
A scan undergone on Thursday morning revealed that Julio Cesar has suffered a second-degree strain of an adductor muscle in his left thigh, which automatically rules him out of the first Derby d'Italia of the season.
It is currently unknown how long Julio Cesar will be out of action, but the feeling in Italy is that the Brazilian custodian is facing up to four weeks on the sidelines.
Inter currently sits 16th in Serie A and have taken just eight points from eight matches.
