Ashley Cole: I didn’t hear John Terry make any racist comments

ASHLEY COLE will tell the FA he did not hear John Terry making any racist comments to QPR's Anton Ferdinand.
FA chiefs have launched an investigation into Sunday's stormy West London derby at Loftus Road following an official complaint from QPR.
The Metropolitan Police are also looking into claims that England skipper Terry called Ferdinand a "f****** black c***' during Chelsea's 1-0 defeat.
Chelsea full-back Cole is expected to be called by the FA as a witness to the incident after TV footage showed him walking past Terry at the time of the alleged insult.
But SunSport understands the England star did not hear anything said between the rival defenders.
Terry has vehemently denied the accusations. But he knows his international career could be over if QPR's complaint is upheld by the FA disciplinary committee.
The FA are under pressure to deal with the dispute before the England friendly with Spain at Wembley on November 12.
But Fabio Capello will not take the captaincy away from Terry if the investigation has not been concluded by then.
FA sources last night insisted that there are no plans to suspend Terry as skipper, pointing out that no charges have been brought against a player who remains innocent until proven guilty.
Terry, 30, only regained the England captaincy in March following allegations that he had an affair with Wayne Bridge's former girlfriend.
Ironically, he took the armband back from Ferdinand's older brother Rio and the racist allegations will prove highly embarrassing if both players are sharing an England dressing room next month.
Terry has admitted using the reported language but claims he was denying making a racist comment.
He said in a statement: "I welcome the FA inquiry and look forward to clearing my name as soon as possible."
