Tottenham drops legal action over Olympic Stadium

LONDON (AP)—Tottenham has dropped its legal action over the future of London’s Olympic Stadium.
Tottenham had challenged a local government body’s decision to provide a loan to fund rival club West Ham’s move into the $764 million stadium after the 2012 Games.
The plan was scrapped last week. The stadium will remain in public ownership and be rented to a primary tenant. West Ham is widely favored to win the new bidding process.
Tottenham is now considering building a new stadium near its White Hart Lane home.
