As Giggs, Stacey and Natasha traded insults, astonished drivers stopped their cars to watch.
A source said: "Stacey said, 'You're nothing but a f***ing slag.
"Ryan turned to Stacey and said, 'Shut the f*** up and get in the f***ing car'."
Stacey obeyed — and then furious Ryan jabbed a finger at Natasha and screamed: "Are you f***ing proud of yourself?"
Giggs and Natasha continued their tirades — then, with Stacey still in earshot, he yelled: "You do realise I never cared about you, it was just sex to me?"
In a further taunt, he claimed she blew the money she was paid for her story on a boob job.
The embarrassing clash came on Tuesday as Welsh midfielder Giggs and Stacey, 34, were outside the Tung Fong Chinese restaurant near their home in Worsley, Greater Manchester.
Mum-of-two Natasha, 29 — married to Giggs' younger brother Rhodri — was waiting to pick up sister Kerrie, who works nearby.
The former lovers have not seen or spoken to each other since Natasha revealed their affair in June.
Natasha later had another pop at Giggs and Stacey on Twitter.
She said: "That awkward moment when u bump into the one person u never thought you would see again — with his lapdog!!"
Natasha added: "Had a blazin row in the street. He is such a t**!!!!!!!!"
She revealed the affair after it emerged Giggs had cheated on Stacey, mum of his two children, with former Miss Wales Imogen Thomas.
Natasha first met Giggs in a Manchester nightclub in March 2003 and spent the night with him while Stacey was at home pregnant.
She started dating Rhodri, 34, two months later but continued to see Giggs until earlier this year. Natasha claimed she aborted Giggs' baby during their relationship.
He told Stacey and Rhodri she was a gold-digger who was trying to wreck their family and denied bedding her.
