Sneijder: Confirms he will returning to the club's training ground
Inter Milan playmaker Wesley Sneijder has confirmed he will be returning to action soon following a thigh injury.
The Holland international has been sidelined for the past two weeks after suffering the knock against Novara.
Inter's new coach Claudio Ranieri had feared the 27-year-old midfielder could be out of action for some time.
However, Sniejder has handed Ranieri an injury boost ahead of the international break by saying he will be back at the club's training ground in Appiano Gentile.
"I'm going to Appiano Gentile and soon I'll be back on the pitch," Sneijder wrote on Twitter. "I wish a happy day to everybody."
