Carlos Tevez goes into the dock today over his Munich mutiny.

Manchester City's former captain will give evidence as part of the club's internal probe into events at Bayern Munich last week, when he refused to come on as a sub in the Champions League.

But City legend and former chairman Francis Lee last night urged the club to kick him out.

Lee said: "When you refuse to go on the pitch, there's no way back. It's unforgivable.

"They need to show all future signings that they're not going to be pushed around by temperamental stars."

Tevez is set to claim it was all a misunderstanding between him and boss Roberto Mancini, while his fellow subs plus staff will give their accounts too.
