Colorado Rapids sign Guadeloupe international defender Miguel Comminges

The Colorado Rapids have signed defender Miguel Comminges, a Guadeloupe international with professional experience in both France and England.
“Miguel is a talented, versatile defender, and will give our squad even better depth by providing another option at left or right back,” Rapids coach Gary Smith said. “He has trained with the club a good deal in the last month, and we’re excited to officially welcome him into the team.”
The 29-year-old was most recently with Southend United in England’s League Two, but spent a large portion of his professional career in the second divisions of England and France with such clubs as Cardiff City and Amiens SC.
