Scott Agnew smashed in a 30-yard free-kick a minute from time to ensure 10-man Dumbarton grabbed their first point of the season in a pulsating 3-3 draw with Brechin.
Midfielder Agnew got the first of the six goals in the 11th minute when he found the top corner from just inside the area.
The Sons went 2-0 up before half-time when Agnew's cross was headed in by James Lyden.
But Brechin grabbed three goals and Dumbarton's Alan Lithgow was sent off within the first nine minutes of the second half.
Substitute Gary Fusco started the fightback, blasting home from 18 yards within 40 seconds of the restart. Then Lithgow saw red for hauling down Derek Carcary in the penalty area and Paul McManus stepped up to draw City level.
David McKenna put Brechin in front for the first time before Agnew's last-gasp free-kick meant Dumbarton snatched a draw.
