Blackburn's Christopher Samba is top of Spurs hitlist

TOTTENHAM last night swooped for Christopher Samba in a £10million deal.
Spurs made a cash-plus-player bid for the Blackburn centre-back.
Arsenal and Everton have also tracked Samba, rated at £12m by Ewood Park chiefs.
Spurs do not want to spend that much but are willing to offer some money while offloading a player such as Jermain Defoe, Robbie Keane, David Bentley or Sebastian Bassong.
Samba is understood to be keen on a move to Tottenham or Arsenal but both must match Rovers' valuation.
The Gunners have searched for a centre-back all summer.
Everton's Phil Jagielka has been their latest target but Arsene Wenger could still be ready to make Samba an offer.
Samba, 27, would cost less and demand a lower wage.
While Blackburn are likely to turn down Spurs' bid, boss Harry Redknapp remains in the driving seat.
