Ashley has kept in daily contact with Cheryl, 27, on the hol, declaring his love and vowing to win her.
The pair, who divorced last September over his cheating, had even spent a night together in Surrey before Ashley's break.
But the Geordie seemed forgotten at Hollywood's Colony club on Wednesday as Ashley partied with ZAT KNIGHT, SHAUN WRIGHT-PHILLIPS and SALOMON KALOU.
An onlooker said: "A series of girls were allowed into the area they were sitting in.
"Ashley was loving the attention. First he was chatting to a brunette, then a blonde. But in the end another blonde caught his eye.
"They seemed to be getting pretty close. She was touching and hugging him. You'd think he'd be keeping his head down."
