CHERYL Cole and Paula Abdul have formed a mischievous pact on the US X Factor - to ANNOY Simon Cowell.

The Girls Aloud star's manager Will.i.am revealed she has formed a close bond with fellow judge Paula, just days after meeting her.

And he said the scheming duo had cooked up a plan to give Simon as much abuse as possible as the auditions roll out across the States.
