Airdrie United vs Forfar Athletic preview - Double ban blow for Airdrie

Airdrie will be without suspended duo Paul Lovering and Jamie Stevenson for the visit of Forfar.
The defender and midfielder miss the clash along with the injured Craig Hill as the Diamonds go looking for their first win in four games to ease fears of being dragged into the relegation scrap at the foot of the Second Division table.
Airdrie boss Jimmy Boyle spied on his Angus opponents in midweek and was impressed as they won 1-0 at Ayr.
"I thought they played very well down at Somerset Park and I saw enough for me to know that we need to play really well to win this game," he said.
"We need two or three more wins before we can say we are safe and it would be good to get the first one of those against Forfar."
Forfar are without the suspended Jamie Bishop and injured pair Stephen Tulloch and Iain Campbell as they look for their first win of the season over Airdrie.
Midfielder Martyn Fotheringham, who missed the 1-0 midweek win over Ayr, also remains a doubt.
But stand-in manager Ian Campbell is out to make up for a 2-0 defeat at the Excelsior last month as Forfar look to move even closer to being involved in the promotion play-offs for a second successive season.
Campbell said: "We actually played okay that night but failed to take our chances and Airdrie took theirs.
"We did well down at Somerset Park in midweek and have an opportunity to take another step forward by defeating Airdrie."
