Dundee 1 : 1 Dunfermline - Pars denied top spot

Dunfermline missed the chance to go top of the Scottish First Division as they were held by 1-1 Dundee at Dens Park.
Athletic took the lead from an unlikely source after 32 minutes, Alex Burke netting his first goal since August 2009 with a stunning long-range effort.
Dee did have their first-half chances with Leighton McIntosh and Gary Harkins missing the target from inside the box.
The Dark Blues started the second half well with Jake Hyde seeing his 12-yard volley tipped over by visiting goalkeeper Chris Smith 10 minutes in.
Hyde was not to be denied, though, and beat Smith with a close-range header from Gary Harkins' cross after 71 minutes to maintain Dundee's unbeaten home record this season.
