Alloa vs Brechin City preview - Double boost for Wasps

Alloa welcome back defender Scott Walker from suspension and Nathan Taggart from injury for the visit of Brechin City.
Fraser Forrest is included again for a second game as a trialist but the Wasps resources are still stretched as Billy Gibson and Kevin Motion are banned and the injured duo of Mark Brown and James Bloom are absent.
A battling display as they went down to Ayr last weekend has lifted spirits at Recreation Park with manager Allan Maitland hoping that a win over City will end a disappointing run that has seen Alloa slip down the table.
Maitland said: "We played really well last week and we need to build on that. Brechin were excellent against St Johnstone in the Scottish Cup last Saturday but we need a win."
Brechin will be without Charlie King for their trip to Recreation Park.
King is out with a long-term injury while midfield pair Jamie Redman and Kevin Byers are struggling with injuries picked up in last weekend's Scottish Cup draw with St Johnstone.
The on-loan duo of Aberdeen's Mitchel Megginson and Hamilton's Jordan Kilpatrick will return after missing out on the Cup tie with Glebe Park boss Jim Weir demanding that his players forget all about Tuesday night's replay and concentrate on league business.
He said: "We cannot think about St Johnstone at all until after this game is over.
`We lost our last league match and we do not want teams to close the gap we have on them by losing two in a row."
