United keen on Villa's England ace

Aston Villa are thought to have turned down a £15m beat the transfer deadline bid from Manchester United for winger Ashley Young.
United were keen on adding Young to their ranks before the close of the transfer window and a further approach for the England international signature is expected in the summer.
Ferguson hasn't gone on record to confirm his interest in the Aston Villa star, although he did reveal his desire to bring in new blood in January during an interview yesterday.
He said: "We had an interest in one player and I thought we had a chance of bringing him in, but the other parties involved were not ready and so we have put it away until the summer."
The Sunday Mirror are convinced Young was the player in question, with Villa facing a battle to get the winger to sign a new deal and Gerard Houllier's comments about his future over the weekend have certainly added fuel to the fire.
The Villa ace came off the bench to bag the winner for England in Wednesday night's 2-1 victory over Denmark in Copenhagen.
The Frenchman said: "I don't think the clubs who are sniffing around waited for the England game to have confirmation."
"I'm pleased for him. As far as I know, he's an Aston Villa player until 2012. He said he would meet the chairman at the end of season and we respect that.
"We know that some clubs could be interested in him but he could also be interested by Aston Villa.
"The main thing is he has to focus on his game and the games for Aston Villa until the end of the season."
