Lecce must battle for every point - De Canio

Lecce host fellow strugglers Cesena with the added pressure of knowing that a defeat would see them drop into the relegation zone.
Lecce are one place and one point clear of third-bottom Cesena after last weekend's 1-1 draw at Fiorentina.
The result followed their 1-1 draw against AC Milan.
"We produced fine performances against Milan and Fiorentina and this is a good sign," said Lecce coach Luigi De Canio.
"But the road is long and we need to battle in every game to get results.
"Against Cesena it will not be easy as like us, they are also fighting to avoid the drop.
"But I know my players will give everything to get three points."
De Canio's men have managed to collect just 20 points from 21 games thus far.
Lecce, nevertheless, have reason to be optimistic of taking at least a point as they have lost just three times at the Via del Mare this season.
Moreover, Sunday's rivals have won just once on the road this term, a 2-1 win at Brescia on January 6.
Cesena, meanwhile, travel to Lecce looking to stop the rot following a tough run of fixtures.
Defeats by Roma, Inter Milan and last weekend's 2-0 loss at AC Milan dropped Massimo Ficcadenti's side to the relegation zone.
Cesena have mustered just two goals in their last four league games.
Fortunately for Cesena, rivals Lecce have the leakiest defence in the competition with 38 goals given away.
The hosts are hoping to have team's top scorer David Di Michele available.
Di Michele is fighting against the clock to recover from a muscular injury.
