Sunderland v Notts County preview

Former Manchester United team-mates Steve Bruce and Paul Ince will locks horns as Sunderland play host to Notts County in the third round of the FA Cup.
Bruce will be determined to avoid a major shock at home to the League One side as they set their sights on going all the way to Wembley.
With Bruce missing a number of key players midfield duo Andy Reid and Jack Colback will go straight into the squad for after being recalled from loan.
Reid and Colback are back on Wearside following spells with Sheffield United and Ipswich respectively, and both will be in contention with Reid having completed a three-match ban by sitting out the Blades' fixtures against Burnley and Doncaster and the Black Cats' midweek trip to Aston Villa.
Both men are needed with David Meyler having damaged his cruciate ligament at Villa, although scans have revealed he has not ruptured it for a second time, while Danny Welbeck tore a hamstring and Bolo Zenden is suspended after being sent off in the same game.
In addition, skipper Lee Cattermole (back) is sidelined for a month, while Michael Turner and Fraizer Campbell (both knee), Nedum Onuoha(hamstring) and John Mensah (ankle) are still out.
Notts County news
County will check on the fitness of goalkeeper Rob Burch.
Burch was forced off injured just 13 minutes into the 3-0 league win at home to Hartlepool. Stuart Nelson replaced him on Monday and he will continue in goal should the former Tottenham trainee miss out.
Boss Paul Ince will be forced into several other changes after a clutch of loan players returned to their parent clubs this week.
Defender Stephen Darby and winger Thomas Ince have gone back to Liverpool while midfielder Alan Judge has returned to Blackburn.
John Thompson, Graeme Lee, Rickie Ravenhill, Lee Hughes, Karl Hawley and Ben Burgess are available to Ince as replacements.
