UEFA Announce Sanctions For Spartak Moscow & Zilina

The UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body has announced that Spartak Moscow have been ordered to play one UEFA competition home match behind closed doors. This sanction is deferred for a probationary period of two years.
The Moscow-based outfit were also handed a €75,000 fine following the incidents in Zilina. The Spartak Moscow fans ignited and threw fireworks on the pitch during their Champions League encounter with the Slovakians.
Additionally, Brazilian midfielder Ibson has been handed a two-match ban following his 77th minute dismissal against Zilina.
Meanwhile, Zilina received a warning about the improper conduct of their team as well as a €5,000 fine. The home players picked up five yellow cards during the 2-1 home loss against Spartak.
