TEAM NEWS
Bolton midfielder Stuart Holden remains doubtful. The United States international is still struggling to shake off a thigh strain that has seen him miss the last two games. Midfielder Matt Taylor is pushing for a place in the team following the 1-0 defeat by Manchester City last weekend.
Martin Olsson and Nikola Kalinic are back in contention for Blackburn. However, Steven Nzonzi (hamstring), Vince Grella (Achilles) and Keith Andrews (groin) all remain sidelined. Boss Sam Allardyce may resist the temptation to change things too much following last week's Barclays Premier League defeat of Wolves.
