Buchanan makes the difference

Liam Buchanan's second-half strike was enough to give Partick a 1-0 win over Cowdenbeath.
The visitors had the best of the opening chances as Mark Ramsay fired over from 20 yards before Partick came back into the game and had chances of their own, but Ludovic Roy comfortably saved Paul Cairney and Patrick Boyle's long-distance shots.
Marc McKenzie had two chances to put Cowdenbeath ahead midway through the first-half but failed to test Scott Fox, before Buchanan broke the deadlock on 53 minutes, converting Chris Doolan's cross from close range.
Cairney could have made it 2-0 but for a brilliant save by Roy and John Dempster had a chance to steal a point but he headed over from 12 yards.
