Ross County v Queen of the South preview - Dingwall set for cup final rehearsal

Ross County welcome back wide man Ian Vigurs from a two-match ban for the visit of Queen of the South in what is a dress rehearsal for next month`s ALBA Challenge Cup final.
Striker Paul Di Giacomo misses out following a hernia operation and any deal to bring former Dundee forward Mikael Antoine-Curier to the club is unlikely to have happened in time for kick-off.
County boss Derek Adams said: "We have spoken to Mikael's agent but have not progressed much beyond that stage."
He added: "A win would be a great lift for everyone here following two last-minute defeats in a row on our travels.
"We need to get some more points on the board and a win could move us up the table a few places."
Queen of the South manager Kenny Brannigan is delighted to boast a squad in much better shape than anticipated for the encounter.
After being down to only eight fit players for training in midweek, Willie McLaren and Ryan McGuffie came through a reserve-team match to leave only captain David Lilley doubtful.
Striker Sean O'Connor will definitely miss out, however, due to injury.
Boss Brannigan is anticipating a tough afternoon for his squad in Dingwall, and he said: "From what I have seen Ross County are unlucky to be where they are in the league.
"They are a good side who knock the ball about really well, but we are going there looking for a good result after our own disappointment against Falkirk last weekend."
