Stirling Albion v Queen of the South - O'Neill gearing up for emotional return

Stirling boss John O'Neill comes across the Queen of the South side he served with great distinction during two spells at Palmerston Park, but is only focussed on seeing his former men leave Forthbank disappointed.
Dutch striker Sylvano Comvalius will make his Stirling debut if international clearance comes through on time and defender Brain Allison is added to the squad that lost last weekend up at Ross County.
O'Neill said: "It will be strange coming against a Queen of the South side after successful spells there as a player but it has to be all about Stirling for me in this game.
"We need to get our home form off and running as we have not picked up a point at Forthbank yet and I want us to put that right."
Queen of the South boss Kenny Brannigan takes a team ravaged by injury to the clash after their midweek Co-operative Insurance Cup encounter left half of his small squad on the treatment table.
"John O'Neill will be out to put one over on his old club so we need to forget about tired legs and be up for this game," he said. "I had six players training and five receiving treatment, so it is not ideal preparation. Thankfully there are no serious injuries but plenty of aches and pains."
