Falkirk defender Mehdi Khalis will miss the visit of Morton.

The Frenchman is the only absentee for the encounter with everyone else in the Bairns squad available to manager Steven Pressley.

Pressley is certain Morton boss Allan Moore will turn around the fortunes of the Greenock club, however he is quite happy if it takes another week before the Cappielow men click into gear.

He said: "Allan did a great job at Stirling Albion and more than deserved his chance at Morton. He will turn things around there, however if he has to wait another week before doing so will mean that Falkirk will have won and that is what I am after."

Pressley added: "A win will keep that positive spirit going before we face Hearts next week."

Morton have received good news ahead of the encounter with the return of Kevin McKinlay.

The full-back came through a fitness test and has been added to manager Allan Moore's squad.

Defender David MacGregor and midfielder Carlo Monti have been ruled out through injury, although goalkeeper Kevin Cuthbert is expected to be fit enough for a place on the bench.

Cappielow boss Moore is demanding that his men continue to show good form on the road. He said: "Strangely we have been doing better away from home than on our own pitch.

"We have not picked up the points our play has deserved and I am hoping that we put that right in this game. One point would be decent and three would be great."
