Stenhousemuir v Forfar - Coughlin needs a lift
Posted Saturday, September 18, 2010 by PA
Stenhousemuir boss John Coughlin looks set to be without five players for the visit of Forfar, but Willie Lyle is back from suspension.
Goalkeeper Chris McLuskey is still injured and the Warriors' top goalscorer Alex Williams is absent because of a virus.
Simon Lynch is still not available following his summer move from East Stirling because of an Achilles problem, Scott Fusco is ill following suspension and full-back Steven Thomson is rated very doubtful due to an ankle injury.
Coughlin said: "We don't have our troubles to seek at the moment and could really do with a win to lift our spirits."
Forfar boss Dick Campbell has no selection headaches with defender Michael Bolowchoweckyj added to the squad following suspension.
Campbell did admit that he was worried at his side's inability to convert their chances.
He said: "I have no problems with injury or suspensions at all.
"Defensively I reckon we are up there with the best sides in the Second Division, but I do have a concern over our ability to score goals.
"Big Chris Templeman has been banging them in, but we need to support him.
"Ross Campbell and Dale Hilson have been playing despite carrying knocks, but they're close to full fitness now so hopefully they can start helping Chris out at Stenhousemuir."
