Green blunder costs England victory

Robert Green was guilty of an horrendous error as England were held to a 1-1 draw by the United States in their opening World Cup game in Rustenburg.
The West Ham keeper gifted Clint Dempsey a 40th-minute equaliser when he allowed a shot from the Fulham player to slip from his grasp and over the goal-line.
England skipper Steven Gerrard had given his side the perfect start by netting after only four minutes.
