Gael Clichy Won't Be Joining Juventus - Agent

The agent of Arsenal left-back Gael Clichy has confirmed there is no truth to the rumours regarding a possible swap deal with Juventus involving Felipe Melo, confirming the Frenchman will be staying in London.
“I have read about this possible swap of players involving Clichy but we don’t know anything more about it,” his agent Franjo Vranjkovic told calciomercato.it.
There had been increasing speculation in some parts of the media suggesting Arsene Wenger would be willing to let the 24-year-old leave the north London outfit in order to secure the signing of the Juve midfielder, amidst reports that both players were unhappy at their current clubs.
“I think it’s nothing more than speculation,” Vranjkovic continued. “I do not know if the two clubs are talking about it, but I can say with certainty that Gael is well in London and has no intention of leaving the Gunners.”
