Real Zaragoza have confirmed the signature of striker Adrian Colunga from Segunda Division side Recreativo Huelva on loan until the end of the season.
Coach Jose Aurelio Gay has swooped to sign the much-travelled 25-year old, who has joined the tenth club of his career in the switch, in a deal that sees Zaragoza forward Braulio head in the other direction.
The promoted side have secured their fourth signing of the January transfer window in Colunga, following the recent captures of Jiri Jarosik, Humberto Suazo and Eliseu.
Colunga has enjoyed spells with Las Palmas and UC Ceares in his career, and has been given the task of scoring the goals to keep Zaragoza in the Primera Division.
The news comes in the wake of the club’s decision to rescind the contract of veteran defender Roberto Ayala, with the 36-year old leaving the club with immediate effect.
