Burnley’s Coyle: We paid the price for our mistakes

Burnley boss Owen Coyle has rued mistakes made by his players, allowing Wolves to defeat them 2-0 at Molineux.
The Clarets manager admitted the errors made should not happen at Premier League standard and said the Burnley players were the creators of their own demise.
"It is very obvious that we have lost two terrible goals. For the first one, there were three or four individual mistakes,” Coyle said.
"At this level you must defend well and, at the other end, if you get chances you must take them. We didn't do both of those things well enough today and we have paid a heavy price.
"We were architects of our own downfall, although, in fairness to Wolves, Kevin Doyle and Sylvan Ebanks-Blake caused us problems all afternoon.”
The loss saw Burnley sitting in 14th place on the league table despite their great form at home and was their eighth away defeat of the season in nine games.
