Sunderland will be looking to make a positive response to their defeat at Stoke last time out and could hand Michael Turner a debut against his former club.

After losing their first two Premier League games, Hull have picked up four points in their last two games and Phil Brown has been busy strengthening his squad.

Kenwyne Jones will open the scoring as the Black Cats return to winning ways with a 2-0 triumph against the Tigers.
