Danny Graham struck four minutes from time as Swansea ended a memorable debut Barclays Premier League campaign with a 1-0 victory over Liverpool at the Liberty Stadium.
The striker fired low to Alexander Doni's left from Angel Rangel's astute ball across the box to give the Welsh side a win to rank alongside their successes over Arsenal and Manchester City earlier this term.

Bolton's 11-year stay in the Barclays Premier League came to an end at the Britannia Stadium after they could only manage a 2-2 draw with Stoke.
Potters striker Jon Walters equalised from the penalty spot 13 minutes from time and Bolton's agony was only deepened by the knowledge Manchester City's dramatic late victory over QPR meant a win here would have been enough.

Alessandro Del Piero marked his final league appearance for Juventus with a goal as the champions preserved their unbeaten Serie A record with a final-day 3-1 victory at home to Atalanta.

Filippo Inzaghi scored a late winner on his farewell appearance to earn AC Milan a 2-1 win against relegated Novara.

Seydou Keita's injury-time equaliser ensured Pep Guardiola's final Primera Division game as Barcelona manager was not marked by defeat as his side drew 2-2 at Real Betis.
Sergio Busquets put Barca ahead in the ninth minute of a first half they dominated but Betis responded well in the second half and they took advantage of Dani Alves' sending off in the 53rd minute.
