Tony Pulis was axed as Stoke boss as the Barclays Premier League’s managerial merry-go-round continued to spin out of control.
A club statement confirmed Pulis had left after seven years as manager: ‘Stoke City and Tony Pulis confirm they have mutually agreed that Tony will leave the Club with immediate effect.’
